Refund policy

There are no refunds or returns on artworks for change of mind. This is due to the nature of art, all our prints and commissions are made to order and have been thoughtfully chosen and designed for the customer.

We will give a full refund for damaged or faulty artwork found upon receiving from our courier. If this happens, please email krubicreative@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival and attach supporting photos.

Once we have received your email and supporting photos, we will assess the claim and if approved, refund or replace the artwork for you. Further instructions will be given regarding returning faulty products, upon application. In general you will have 30 days to return approved products for a return/ replacement. 

Return shipping will be covered for damaged or faulty products.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
